Freight Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order total. Goods delivered within the Sydney Metropolitan area (Within the following boundries -Palm Beach North, Sutherland South and Penrith West) are delivered by either our Driver, Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. All area locations are determined by POSTCODE. A Freight and Handling charge of $15 will be charged for all orders under $150 exclusive of gst.

In most cases we use FASTWAY Couriers for Coastal and other areas adjacent to Metropolitan Sydney. Such as - Blue Mountains, Gosford to Newcastle, The Illawarra region. Freight is quoted at $15 per item with a weight of 25kg or less. We will combine items to make the freight the most economical possible. We do not make money on freight charges. If you think the freight is excessive for small items - please email or call us!

We DO NOT send to PO Boxes.

ANY OTHER AREAS AUSTRALIA WIDE - Please tick pay by Bank Deposit and we will advise you of the freight cost prior to shipping and invoice.

We reserve the right to choose the transport used unless you have your own freight company. Please advise at time of order with the name and account number. We will arrange pickup once the goods are ready.

Australia Post has size limitations plus no liquids or aerosols can be sent by post.

Some items are bulky but weigh little. We will also advise you if cubic measurement/weight calculations will be used and what the cost will be to your destination.


We have a policy of not sending hazardous goods outside of the Sydney Metro area as the freight charges are excessive for these items.These items are store pick up only. You are free to arrange your own transport.


Not every item on the Web Site is stocked, therefore back orders can occur. If your order contains both stocked items and others that are not in stock, we will send stocked items and when the other items arrive we will send as soon as possible with no additional freight charge to you. If you do NOT want any item to be back ordered, please advise at time of order. You can also cancel the back ordered items prior to them being shipped. Please contact Customer Service.

It there is an unforseen delay ( some items are imported) we will contact you to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Refund Policy
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 customers may seek a refund from Complete Cleaning Supplies if goods:

are or become faulty through no fault of the customer;
are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose the customer made known to Complete Cleaning Supplies sales staff;
don’t match Complete Cleaning Supplies’ description or sample; or
have defects that were not obvious at the time purchased or to which Complete Cleaning Supplies did not bring to the customer's attention.

the goods must be returned within a reasonable period; and
the customer will be asked for proof of purchase.
Goods will not be accepted as faulty if returned more than 14 days after despatch of goods
Complete Cleaning Supplies may also require the customer to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not the customer's fault.

As an alternative to a refund, Complete Cleaning Supplies may arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired.

Customers must choose their purchases carefully as customers are not entitled to a refund if they simply change their mind or order a quantity no longer wanted.

Freight and Delivery Costs are non-refundable. Exchanges will be accepted via freight, in person or Australia post at the expense of the customer.

"Return Authorisation Number"
A Return Authorisation (RA) number is required for return of merchandise. Please contact the office, then customer service will determine the product is defective or incorrect.

Products cannot be returned without an Return Authorisation Number.

Products should be packed back into the original packaging and include all accessories and documents that were originally shipped. If the product is not complete, only a partial refund or credit will apply.

Complete Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to refuse return of any goods.


Goods sold shall have only the benefit of any warranty given by the manufacturer. Goods are not guaranteed by the Supplier in any way unless guaranteed expressly in writing. Commercial cleaning machinery normally carries a warranty of 12 months from purchase of goods. The warranty is not transferable to a second party. Commercial warranties cover faulty goods and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Leads, hoses, and all tools are not warrantable items. The Manufacturer’s written warranty is available for viewing prior to purchase of goods, please ask Customer service for a copy.

Replacement motors and electrical switches and components have a standing warranty of 3 months only if installed by a licensed electrician.


Except as otherwise provided in these conditions the Seller shall not be under any liability in respect of defects in goods delivered or for any injury, damage or loss resulting from such defects or from any work done in connection therewith except to the extent that any statute applicable to these conditions prevents the exclusion, restriction or modification of such conditions or warranties. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the contract, the Seller shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits howsoever arising nor shall the Seller be under any liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise nor for any injury, damage or loss whether consequential or otherwise, save as is expressly provided in these conditions. The Seller shall not be responsible for damage or fault in performance arising out of incorrect or inappropriate operation of the product by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that the Seller gives no warranty as to fitness of the product for the intended application of the Customer and that the Customer has relied entirely upon its own evaluation thereof.
