Freight Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order total. During the checkout process you will be asked if you would like us to contact you with the freight charges prior to processing your order. OR the other option is you agree with whatever it calculates out to be. We have very reasonable rates. we do not profit from freight charges. Please note the charges below for Sydney area. You will not be contacted if we are delivering to Sydney.   

If payment option of bank transfer or cheque is made, please wait until we have contacted you with this amount before payment.

 Often we are in Earlier, but you would have to ring and check.  If you are running late in the afternoon traffic, just call us. We can stay open longer.


 Why am i charged freight when the order form says zero for freight ?

 The from is generated automatically. Until we pack your items, we cannot work out the freight charge.

 We can and often do give quotes on freight if requested, before we process your order.


 How much is Freight?

 Depends on various factors.

 We cannot give estimates until we know what items you require. We do not profit from freight charges. We try our best to keep them to a minimum.  

Will you do free freight for large orders ?


 We need to look at the whole picture to see if we can absorb part or all of the charge.

 Do you provide MSDS. Material Safety Data sheets?

 Do you give accounts?


 Only after close examination of your history, your requirements, and your average monthly spend. We require a application form to be completed and approved. The first 3 purchases must be paid for before we consider giving accounts to the general public. There must be reasonable monetary amount of purchases per month to make it viable for us to manage your account , we do not give accounts for small orders amounts  over a 30 day period. Some companies and Government Departments are granted immediate accounts, however this must be examined by our accounts manager and official purchase orders must be produced.

 I can't see the product I’m used to and I want. Can you get it in for me?


 Although in some cases we are unable to source the product. We do try our hardest.


Can I get my order delivered to a PO BOX

 Do you Personally Deliver ?

 Yes, Sydney Area Only

We do use our own delivery vans for other areas on the outskirts of Sydney. Delivery charges may apply as set out in our freight charges info page.

Can I pay O on Delivery


 You can pay C.O.D Only for orders we deliver in our delivery vans.

 What type of credit cards do you  accept?

 Visa, Mastercard, AMEX

 We add 2% to American express Cards.

 Can I pay for the goods after I receive them


 This option is only available for account customers or certain selected organisations like government departments such as schools etc  who run their operation on purchase order numbers.


Not satisfied? Want a refund? no problem...

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will refund you  the full purchase price.( excluding any delivery charges).  Providing that upon return,  the goods have not been used and are in mint resale able condition with the original packaging intact.

    This offer is made with customer satisfaction being our top priority.

a. All returns must be approved with Cleaners Supermarket® prior to sending back to us.  

b. The customer pays for sending and return delivery freight charges.

c. We have the right to refuse refunds if we feel necessary.

d. Both the customer and the supplier are bound by the Department of Fair trading Rules for Refunds. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of such regulations. Copies of regulations can be acquired by contacting the Dept of Fair Trading.
